The computers hosting our systems are all state of the art Dell servers backed up with 24x7 four hour service contracts. In addition, we keep a stock of key components on-hand to handle any immediate needs. Our servers utilize redundant power supplies and RAID hard drive technology with hot spare drives. All systems are backed up on a regular basis and the tapes are stored in multiple secure locations. Our servers are protected by a top-quality firewall and all of our equipment receives regular patches and updates.

Our equipment is based in a world class data center. Every major system in the facility has at least two levels of backup redundancy (power, internet access, HVAC, etc). Power is provided to the facility from two separate power grids and is backed up by rotary, not battery, based UPSs and dual redundant on-site generators. Internet access is provided by multiple vendors with multiple redundant networking equipment bringing signal to our equipment. All incoming power, telecom, etc connections into the facility enter through multiple entrances fully encased with 4 feet of concrete.

The physical facility was built to survive natural and man-made disasters with 200 mph rated windows, a moat around the building and 3 foot thick reinforced concrete floors and ceilings, including the building roof. Access to our computer equipment can only be accomplished by passing through multiple key card, passcode and iris scanning security stations. Security is enforced by 24/7/365 on-site security guards monitoring over 200 cameras and residing in a specially reinforced guard station.

Our technology team is made up of experienced computer professionals. Our team carries cell phones that page them immediately upon any hardware or software problems. Our team is experienced with all of the hardware and software technology that we operate. Our team is also backed up by support and maintenance contracts for all of our major software systems.
